The boiler technology renovation project of Fujian Zhongnuo Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is located in Longqiao Park, Economic Development Zone, Longmen Town, Anxi County, Fujian Province. The project scale is from 1 ton coal-fired boiler to 1 ton biomass pellet boiler, with supporting cooling tower replacement and reconstruction and auxiliary facilities. The production scale is 30000 tons of compound fertilizer per year. During the construction process, Fujian Zhongnuo Fertilizer Co., Ltd. invested 130000 yuan in environmental protection projects, strictly implementing the relevant requirements of its environmental impact report and environmental impact assessment approval, ensuring the "three simultaneities" principle of simultaneous design, construction, and operation of environmental protection projects and theme projects.

According to the Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection on November 20, 2017 (National Environmental Protection Regulations and Environmental Impact Assessment (2017) No. 4), the completion date of the environmental protection facilities supporting the construction of this project should be publicly disclosed after completion; And before debugging the environmental protection facilities supporting the construction of this project, the start and end dates of debugging should be publicly disclosed. (1) The completion time of the project and the start and end dates of environmental protection facility commissioning

Project completion time: In October 2016, the boiler technology renovation project of China Norway Company began construction, mainly transforming 1 ton coal-fired boiler into 1 ton biomass pellet boiler, replacing and rebuilding supporting cooling towers, public supporting projects, environmental protection projects, etc. In May 2017, the boiler technology renovation and supporting environmental protection facilities of China Norway Company were all completed and put into trial production.

Starting and ending dates for environmental protection facility debugging: between June 2017 and November 2017, China Norway Company will debug environmental protection facilities such as boiler exhaust gas and wastewater; In March 2016, China Norway Company applied for a pollution discharge permit with the number 3505242016000006, which is valid from March 8, 2016 to March 7, 2021; In December 2017, the Monitoring Center of the Environmental Protection Design and Research Institute of Overseas Chinese University was commissioned to carry out the environmental acceptance monitoring report for the completion of the project.
