1、 Job responsibilities

. Accurately grasp the sales information of the responsible regional market, be responsible for developing fertilizer distributor customers, and establish customer profiles.

. Set annual performance targets at the beginning of the year, and achieve quarterly and monthly sales in the region according to the targets.

. Responsible for tracking sales of distributors and assisting them in improving terminal sales.

. Complete the product experiment feedback required by the company.

2、 Job requirements

. More than two years of experience in fertilizer sales, familiar with the operation mode of the compound fertilizer market, with priority given to those with above experience.

. Strong communication and execution skills, with a team spirit. Proficient in customer development and management, conscientiously formulating sales plans and plans.

3、 Other

. Salary negotiation, consisting of base salary+travel expenses+car allowance+performance+commission+bonus, etc. (average annual salary of 150000 to 300000 yuan).
